Flanging and rolling operations are performed simultaneously on 2 workstations. The horizontal design allows the assembly of large diameter elbows. It is designed for medium and high volume production. Sealing the seam with a flange connection ensures a high level of tightness. All the rollers of the machine tool are made of alloy with hardened steel.
